"Pros: An amazing, light, modern villa. Spacious, clean, with all the facilities you could want (plus more!), lovely gardens, plenty of secure parking, Wifi, a gorgeous pool, a pool table, and quite the friendliest, most accommodating and kind hosts you could possibly hope for. All the bedrooms had A/C and super comfortable beds. There is plenty of space to relax indoors as well as outdoors. toiletries were provided along with ample towels (including ones for the pool). The hosts even provide several spare plug adaptors. Special mention regarding the hosts - Archodia and Pandelis - they are the most wonderful people. If you don't want to engage with them, that's fine, they'll leave you be. But if you do, they're the most friendly people you could wish to meet. They had cooked us a meal for our arrival, along with a bottle of home-made wine, fruit, coffee, tea, milk, home-made olive oil etc - everything we needed for our first night and morning there. They were also happy to join us and cook other Cretan dishes during the week (a BBQ of lamb chops, chicken souvlaki, and Cretan sausages), then another in the wood oven (chicken and potatoes)) and it was genuinely lovely spending time chatting with them a couple of the evenings we were there. The villa is maybe 10 mins drive from the centre of Rethymno where there is an abundance of restaurants. There are also a number of local restaurants within 5-10 mins walk away. Cons: Nothing. "Pros: This villa is a beautiful home that we were reluctant to leave at the end of a very full and fabulous week. The immediate surroundings; pool, tortoises, gardens packed with herbs and gorgeous flowers, outside seating areas are only the beginnings of the fabulous environment the owners have created here. The villa itself is charmingly decorated with such creativity and is clean, spacious and welcoming. The owners hosting was the best. They made sure we had everything we needed and provided recommendations for our day trips and local amenities. Their local knowledge meant that we enjoyed some fabulous day trips and restaurants. Although it was only a moment in time for us, this holiday at the villa is a memory we will never forget. I would definitely return here in the future. Cons: Insect bites. Take repellent. Not a big issue and certainly didn't impact our holiday." ~Liz

"Zalety: Polecam. cała rodzina zachwycona piękny dom i cudowny ogród. Właścicielka bardzo sympatyczna i bardzo pomocna, po przyjeździe czekały na nas smakołyki i śwerze warzywa i owoce No i oczywiście butelka pysznej raki. To było bardzo miłe. Okolica idealna na zwiedzanie krety wszędzie blisko a jednocześnie dom oddalony od miasta i gwaru. Miejsce idealne na wypad z rodziną lub przyjaciółmi. Dom wyposażony we wszystko czego potrzebujesz. W trakcie pobytu sprzątanie ,zmiana pościeli i ręczników to był udany pobyt w pięknej Villi" ~Sylwia
