"Pros: The house looks cozy and intimate from outside. It is not far away from Gaios( about 2km, 15 min walk). Cons: It is a pitty that such a lovely, tiny house is not proper cleaned and renovated. It was very disapointing to stay in a house where you pay around 400 euro/night to find dirt everywhere in the house. The floor was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, the cupboard and cutlery drawer were dirty. The dish rack was rusty, there was rust on the bed frame( they didn't care at least to paint it before the season opening). There were a lot of improvised things in this house: The old kitchen cabinet doors were placed on the wall as a tv stand and they replaced them with cheap Pvc ones. In the bathrooms they put the condensation hoses from the air conditioner on the shower wall and the water dripped continuously. The water in the swimming pool was not proper treated and it looked unclear. Although a care man came a few times I found the water clear only on the last day. A leak problem has also occurred and the owners repaired it, but onestly we didn't take a bath even once for the whole perioud as the water didn't look well. Also, we didn't eat our breakfast there as all the dishes and pots were worn and everything there was looking unkempt. The clients are not stupid, we see these things, we felt offended, you cannot claim that you put a price on cleaning when in fact you offer what I have described. With just a small investment and taking care of the cleaning, things can be improved. One other important thing, the access to the propriety is on a very narrow and steep road and the parking place is very very small and difficult to turn and enter the gate. So I appreciate it is suitable to park only cars no more than 4.2- 4.3 m." ~Silviu

"Pros: Modern / nice style - private swimming pool. Good location to have some good walks - authentic. Quiet / clean and neat. We liked it very much Cons: There is no little table really for having a breakfast while there is everything in the house to prepare / cook a little something. Except the table next to the sun beds - perhaps a consideration for the future. And some tea bags please in addition to the coffee. That would be great." ~Pierre

"Pros: Lovely rustic house in a quiet area with many chickens. :) The main/sleeping room is huge, the bed is comfortable, plenty of windows with mosquito net on them. The pool area is 20 steps from the house, very nice, big pool with sunbeds and sunshades - as the house is about 30 mins on foot from the ferry port, we really appreciated the kindness as giving us a ride by car! The kitchen is well equipped and the house has two bathrooms (a main upstairs and a smaller one downstairs). Cons: Yea, the steps in the house - as other reviewers wrote, it is steep and needs attention. But this is it, it seems difficult to solve the problem - if you have issues with steep stairs, this is not your kithcen. Just stay upstairs while the hubby makes the breakfast! :)" ~Akos
