"Pros: Our host was very helpful. We had a little problem understanding how to get the key (our inexperience!), but he came within 5 minutes to help, and gave us all the information we needed in a friendly and kind manner. The location was perfect for our needs, and the area very nice. Cons: We had never seen a lock arrangement like this one before, and even with a helpful video we did not understand how to open it (the video didn't show the part we didn't understand). But our host came immediately to let us in. Also, the veranda door had been unlocked, surely an oversight of the cleaning staff, but be sure to check this if you stay here.
