"Pros: The Villa is in a quiet location and had some amazing views. The rooms are very nice and the beds comfortable. Cons: We didn't have the best of luck with our stay. 1/ The arranged transport from the airport to the villa was great but he didn't know the exact location of the villa, which meant it took 6 phone calls and 20 mind to find it. 2/ No one meet us at the villa to do a hand over as promised. 3/The air-conditioning over the TV unit leaked water and blew up the TV so the kids couldn't watch anything all holiday. 4/The dishwasher wasn't working on arrival and after 3 attempt repairs it still didn't work, so we had to wash up by hand all week. 5/The bottom of the pool has many filters / plastic covers and most of them are damaged and have shall edges which cut all the kids feet. 6/The electrics kept randomly tripping and had to be rest by us many times throughout the stay. 7/The WORST ONE , the downstairs family bathroom had a leaking pipe above the ceiling which caused the ceiling to collapse, flooding the bathroom and hallway. After two failed attempts to repair it, it was deemed impossible while we were there as they needed to remove the upstairs kitchen and floor. Do we had no family bathroom for 6 days, flooding constantly in the bathroom and hallway. It was so wet that one of our party slipped over, split their elbow open, damaged their back and fractured their toes. The owner has only offered a €350 compensation which I feel isn't good enough considering we paid £2170 for a very faulty and stress induced break away." ~Karl

"Pros: If the kids love it then I’m happy… it was an amazing property, chilled out from the moment we set foot in the villa. The rooms were spacious and cool, pool and view was epic.. and even the deflating flamingo that had taken up residence once we had rescued it from the road was delightful. Lots of space in the communal areas and everything worked. Cons: Kitchen amenities / utensils need updating?. But that’s a gripe everyone seems to comment on. nikos please sort it monsieur." ~Duncan
