"Pros: Everything about our stay at the vila was perfect. Exceptionally clean, luxury and stylishly furnished. Very convenient for families with small kids or group of couples or friends. There is a big green beautiful grass yard with amazing seaview and large covered patio for the summer. Our host Katerina was really dedicated to make our vacation remarkable and hassle free. She was available all the time for any kind of information or questions and ready to help with anything needed. Neighbourhood is really quiet and calm. There are three beautiful beaches nearby, at walking distance. Closest one is right across the street."

"Pros: We loved everything there, starting with the hosts, who were very helpful and friendly. The place looks amazing, it has plenty of room for lazy time in the evenings, very comfy sunbeds, and a large pool. It's very close to the Karydi beach - one of the best wild beaches in Sithonia.
Cons: The matresses on the beds are noisy and a little uncomfortable, but other than that, you will have all the comfort you expect."

"Pros: If I could, I would rate 11/10! One of the best villas that we have ever stayed in Chalkidiki. Every summer me and my family are visiting the area for a few days and Avista Private Resort is definitely one of the best accommodation we had so far. We really loved the privacy as there are no neighboring houses close by and you can really feel the connection with nature. The garden is big and beautiful different kind of flowers all around. The house seems to be eco-friendly with almost every material that has been used during its construction being premium quality. All exterior and interior areas were super clean and every day we had a cleaning lady show up and make sure that everything is OK. The Villa is fully equipped with A/C in every room. Special highlight of our trip was Fava beach which is close by and it is a must visit. We will certainly come back next year!"
