"Pros: The location is amazing, the atmosphere in the hotel is great, and the staff was extremely helpful and helped us with everything we needed. The food and drinks were very good! Coffee is served at the pool for free during the day, the beach next to the hotel is amazing, and the hotel also provides SAP for free usage. The pool is very fun and the hotel also provides free parking. Cons: Our room was old and not renovated and the rest of the group did receive a renovated room, the difference between the rooms is significant. Our air conditioner had a bit of a dusty smell, the hot water did not work on the first day (the staff fixed it very shortly though), and the room wasn't been cleaned on the second day." ~Chenga
