"Pros: Mr Stratos meet us at the property to provide us with a detailed tour and left us the keys. The property was very comfort, exceptionally clean and Mr Stratos was very welcoming/friendly and very much available to us should we have any questions and or queries. He kindly gave my grandson a soft turtle and myself a beautiful birthday cake towards the end of our stay. The property was cleaned every 3 days to an exceptional standard. The pool area was very well catered for and our holiday stay manager Maria was brilliant enabling us to keep in touch about anything that came up - resolving questions/queries within minutes.
