The architecture blends modern spacious interiors with traditional elements, giving the hotel a unique and inviting charm. The King Deluxe room was exceptionally comfortable, offering ample space and a well-designed layout that enhanced our stay. However, despite the beauty and comfort of the place. The overall experience was still very enjoyable thanks to the hotel’s natural beauty, spacious rooms, and tranquil setting. With a little more attention to detail and maintenance, this place could easily be a top-tier destination in Antigua Guatemala. Cons: There were some details that could use more attention. For instance, the breakfast options were limited and not all what was listed on the menu, which was a bit disappointing. Small but essential amenities, like wine openers, wine glasses, or even basic drinking glasses, were missing from the rooms—things you’d expect in a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, the pool area seemed neglected; the bottom paint was chipping, and upon arrival, we noticed cushions scattered around instead of neatly arranged, requiring us to ask staff to tidy up." ~Julio
