"Pros: I really loved the design of this hotel, and our stay was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and they helped us with laundry and breakfast the next day. Got a really great sleep as well. Cons: The room we booked didn’t have a stand up shower, only a tub with a handheld nozzle. I just adapted and took a bath instead, which was fine. You could also stand up and shower handheld as well. Also, be prepared, there is a street outside your window that can be a bit noisy starting at 7am. But to be honest, the street noise was pretty light compared to other places I’ve been in Xela, so it’s not something I think you’d find a big difference at other hotels in the main area." ~Austin
