"Cons: Noise! We had terrible neighbors and the walls are paper thin. There was also the sound of the smoke detector going off every few seconds, i went crazy.. It was very cold in the apartment. The air conditioner could not heat the room downstairs, because it is located above the window around which cold air enters. Also, we had no hot water in the bathroom. Hot water takes only 3-4 minutes, which is enough for quick shower for just one person. :(" ~Hanna
