"Cons: t is not well-groomed house and not comfortable either. You will not see the sun because of a lot of useless trees. It is not allowed to listen to music at all, even at 10 am. Neighbors are watching you every single minute. We had a plan to stay there for 2 days but because of neigbors we were forced to breack the contract and find new house for weekends.
