Only 2other flat in this house, so calm and peaceful. Cons: The gas boiler was very outdated,old one..with the flame on all the time, even serving the 2flats below from the rooftop flat,we been and got it just started working all the time randomly if somebody opened the hot tap below The heating went off every evening, bit cold then on New years eve all day off too, we reported and they restart it straigh away." ~Beaeros
