"Pros: I had an amazing stay at Villa Bauhaus Wellness Apartment in Siófok. The host Adam was incredibly kind and welcoming, giving us a thorough tour of the room and the hotel's fantastic recreational area, including the pool and sauna on the third floor. The location is excellent, just a 3-5 minute walk from the Siófok train station (350 meters away) and close to the vibrant center filled with restaurants and lively parties. If you're into the nightlife, it's perfect. Despite the hustle and bustle outside, the soundproof windows ensure a quiet retreat whenever you need it. As a family of four (me, my wife, and our two kids), the room was a pleasant surprise – very spacious, studio-style, and reminiscent of a five-star hotel. It was even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The elegant style of the apartment made it Instagram-worthy! The recreational area is a huge plus, featuring a large swimming pool, jacuzzi, kids' pool, two saunas, and a big terrace for sunbathing. The building itself is new and smells wonderful, including the apartment. The interior design is top-notch! Highly recommend this place for families visiting Siófok! Cons: There are a few areas for improvement. The air conditioning in the room was not very effective. Despite trying various settings, the room remained a bit hot. This was a major challenge for us as it was the summer season and hot everywhere. There was also a group of noisy youngsters in the pool area, playing loud music and disrupting the peace. It made it difficult to relax in the jacuzzi or on the sun loungers. They should be more considerate of other guests. Communication with the host was a bit problematic. There was a mix-up with messages due to different phone systems (iMessage vs. Android), and he also tried calling the wrong number. Keeping communication within the Booking.com app would be more reliable. No place is perfect, and these are just suggestions as different guests have different tastes and expectations. While this is not a hotel, having someone available in person, like a receptionist, during work hours could greatly improve the experience." ~Eleazar

"Pros: Our host was superb, answered all our questions and gave us some local recommendations. Room had everything you need (except shampoo in bathroom). Spa area was great (during our stay there were some moments when we were all alone in there - probably because the city is not a popular place during winter). Very fast wifi. Free private parking. Very good price for the value. Cons: Our apartment was one floor below spa area, so there was some minor noise from above. No shampoo in bathroom (or we didn't find any)." ~Filip
