"Pros: Great location. Had all the amenities one would need in general. Space was comfortable. Was easy to find parking nearby. Close to a grocery store. Beautiful view out the back. Cons: Outside is under construction (facilities update, no major construction crew or anything), but there was no associated noise while I was there. There was some noise related to road traffic that was audible inside. Not a concern for myself, but perhaps for those who have noise/sleep sensitivities. Host was not always responsive. There was an eruption just before our stay and they did not respond to inquiry about the conditions before our stay. Also, wifi did not work and did not hear back from them when asked about this.
