"Pros: We loved this little cottage! loved the solitude and being at the beach even it was rainy and windy, but made it even cozier! i was worried about this place after reading the google reviews, but i guess they were from people used to different standards. This is a rustic cottage, not a luxury city apartment. but to us the views and the coziness were more luxurious than and place in any city. it is clean, comfortable and with amazing views. we couldnt ask for a better quiet place to stay. i wish we had more days to enjoy it. The staff was nice too. dont expect the fake californian smiles and fake compliments. They are correct and there if you need them. They also make awesome crafts and sell them at their gift shop. Yes, the price is high, but like elsewhere in Iceland. Cons: If I had to complain about one thing it would just be the having to pay extra per person for bedding, and having to clean the cottage unless you want to pay extra as well.
