"Pros: The perfect location in the center of the downtown, it is 5 min walking to Bus Stop 8 – "Hallgrímskirkja" for tour buses, 15 min walking to BSI for "Flybus" stop for transfer to the airport. Quit, warm, cozy. The staff quickly responds to all questions and needs.
Cons: I prefer higher floors, but this time I had an experience at what it's like to live on the ground floor."

Cons: No instructions from the renter. Could not contact anyone when we arrived to figure out where the unit was or how to get the keys. Very aggravating."
