"Pros: It's a big home with all necessary facilities required for a family of 04 members.The house and premises are clean and well maintained by the cohost.It has a verygood courtyard sufficient for parking one 4 wheeler safely.Other amenities include geyser,oven,fridge,working wifi with good net speed,anti theft system etc.Laundered bed sheets,towels and pillow covers are provided to guests.Necessary provisions for a quick breakfast with utensils are available as complimentary.More than that it's just 5 minute walk from the main road.Panaji is around 35 kms from there.Many good beaches with bars cum restaurants are available with in 5 km radius for chillout.eg Varca beach,Benaulim beach,Colva beach etc.The co-host is a very good lady who take care of guests needs.Like to give a 4 star Cons: 1) It's quite far from north Goa for guests who wants to have 24x7 fun. 2) Quite place with less night life 3) Gas connection is not available but one has to be content with induction heater for cooking. 4) The Sofa set at drawing room is old and noisy and at times irritating 5) Non flexible check in and check out timings for the comfort of guests.Its totally structured around hosts comfort which is not welcome" ~Shameer
