"Pros: It’s a nice property in Candolim with homely feeling. All basic amenities are available. Taskeen, the owner and Avinash, the property manager were very friendly and followed up with me all day on the day of my arrival. They were kind enough to check in on me when I was sick as well. It’s a small flat with beautiful furniture. It’s extremely clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom is also very clean, hot water is available. The kitchen could do with maybe more utensils that are induction safe but that’s a really small concern. Otherwise, the fridge and toaster work well. Induction works really well with the pan. The swimming pool is kind of dirty with lots of pigeon feathers in it so we only went once. It’s not a major problem. The location is possibly the only drawback since it’s not walking distance from the beach. it’s about 20 mins away but grocery store, wine shop and bike rental are right outside the building.
