"Pros: Hilton Candolim was a great experience. We travelled with our 8 yr old daughter and for majority of time , she was kept busy between different types of pools and kids activity center. The food especially the breakfast was outstanding! The staff was very warm , smiling and receiving guests and their needs throughout. The rooms were well maintained and the surroundings are clean and tidy. Cons: Some outdated information thats on Booking.com but not accurate or applicable at the property anymore. Eg-confusion about free shuttle to beach and confusion about free food for <12 years kids. While , both were handled well by the staff and they were very accommodating and made sure to make our experience seamless , it will be useful if the staff was aligned for future." ~Vadlamani
