Located 1 km from the beach in Colva, Aguiar Guest House features a garden. Some rooms have a balcony and free luggage storage is available. With a fan, rooms come with a sofa and TV with cable channels. Each has a kitchenette and a private bathroom. Goa International Airport is a 30-minute drive from the Aguiar. Free private parking is available at the property.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform Aguiar Guest House in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of INR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 5 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 6 years old to 12 years old stay for Rs. 250 per person per night when using an existing bed. People 5 years old and over stay for Rs. 250 per person per night when using an available extra bed. You haven't added any cots. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
