"Pros: Location fantastic away from hustle and bustle and very peaceful. The staff were always happy and sandy and Sam were glad to help with anything. Rachel was proficient in her role as was the other man in reception who helped us book train tickets. Cons: No plug in bathroom sink but we never actually asked for one! A toaster would have been nice but otherwise, kitchen equipment well stocked." ~Caroline
