"Pros: The staff: excellent and great service. Mrs. Pai and Anamika at front desk, Harshit at pool bar, Joseph at Simply Grillz (he gave amazing tips on what to do in Goa), Chef Ahana, Chey Shayaan, and Chef Dattaguru, Rajendra Jena, Shreyas, the lifeguard at the pool. All of them took great care of us. They also made it very comfortable for my elederly parent to access all facilities and pool. This place is very family friendly. Cons: They messed up my booking. I had booked a suite but it was not available when I checked in. They gave me 2 rooms converted to a suit. It tirmes out ok, but still left a little irritation. That is why I gave 9 stars and not 10." ~Idg
