"Pros: Nice hotel. Safe. Rooms are clean and quiet. The location is good and it is a good hotel for a quick business trip. Cons: This hotel is not as nice as other Tridents and, the two times I have stayed there, has quite a few business men from undesirable parts of the world with bad manners and scary bodyguards/military people. In general it is a business hotel and not somewhere you would take family. The staff can be great but sometimes they can be useless and stand around not paying any attention." ~T
