"Pros: Location wise it's perfect, sits right at the middle of Palolem Beach. Has a nice restaurant with a good vibe and excellent staff with a few very friendly dogs. The rooms are nice too, just like the photos. But the glass on the ceiling remains covered by a net and dirt. Nice idea but not so nice experience. Also the rooms are closely packed inside the property. Though they don't share walls, there is barely any sound privacy. Also beds are squiky. Bathrooms could be better but passable for the price. Cons: A bit too crowded. We were hoping for a more quiet ambience but that was not the case. My suggestions would be to provide the rooms with better soundproofing, better, more comfortable furniture in the restaurant and definitely get better beach chairs!" ~Moinak
