"Pros: I happened to stay at Goodland Elegance by chance / luck since the property I had booked before abruptly cancelled my reservation without any notification.!! 😡 I am more than glad that I ended up staying at Goodland Residency instead.!! 👍🏻 The location could not be more convenient. Literally a two min walk from the Train station and a short walk / Uber ride to most attractions. Blessen (hope I spelt that correctly 😅) at the front desk & the entire team including housekeeping and restaurant staff at this property were very polite, welcoming, helpful and considerate..!! The Air conditioning was perfect for hot & humid weather of Trivandrum and so was water pressure & temperature options in the shower. Breakfast was included in my stay and it was not only fulfilling but a different menu each of the two days I stayed. That doesn’t happen often.!! 🙂👍🏻 The room I chose was decent size for a solo traveller and very much like in the photos 👍🏻 Although the hotel is at a busy intersection, it is tucked away from the hustle & bustle of the main street in a small alley which makes it fairly quiet even during the busy rush hours. i’m The wifi kept disconnecting after some time of inactivity but the front desk was very prompt in providing reconnection codes even at odd hours.!! 👍🏻 I definitely recommend this property to business, solo & family travellers alike .!
