"Pros: Reasonable rate of tariff for reasonably clean room. Has a flat screen TV in the living room. A separate dining table and chairs allow dining with family either by buying or getting delivery of cooked food. Ricks are available from outside the building, and at the corner auto stand 30 m away.
Cons: There is just one person as front desk, odd-job Man, janitor. The property is brand new so there are no problems yet. There is no ac in the common areas. The full sized kitchen has minimal rudimentary vessels so cooking is not easy. There is no sieve so tea making is not easy. The water filtration eqpt is not working since installation. Nearest only restaurant is a km away. Others are another km away, towards Hospital. Residential area around, so no tea shops nearby."

"Pros: This is an amazing option for visiting the city. The room is big and super cozy, with a really good bed. The kitchen is full equiped with everything you need, and the living room is algo nice. Owner is also really friendly.
It's located a little bit far from city center, but you are there in 15 minuts by tuctuc.
I totally recommend this option."
