"Pros: The hotel was central. Room was large and clean. Breakfast Buffet was vegetarian and had a good range of dishes and fruit
Cons: The staff were not sufficiently trained :
1 - I ordered a taxi to come around midnight and checked twice and was assured both times that the booking was made. However when the time came there had been no taxi booking made.
2. - on the morning before checkout i was told that the initial payment had included breakfast and there was nothing extra to pay. On checking out i was informed that breakfast had not been charged on the initial payment. By this time I had spent the INR leaving sufficient money for the taxi but for the additional charges."
