"Pros: It was so easy to ask questions and get information. the staff were waiting for us with a welcome drink and some menu's from local eateries for lunch/future meals etc. They provided 3 mosquito burning containers and plenty of coils, we used them but didnt notice any mozzie's. We loved the 16m pool with a shallow and deep end, we could walk down the hill to snorkel its not the best reef in Amed but we enjoyed it, saw turtles, lots of fish, there is an eel garden and lots of gregorian sea fans. The other reefs (Jemeluk and Japanese wreck) are easy to get to via scooter or car. Staff were super lovely and the breakfast they cooked for us every morning was delicious and huge, it was nice to have a fridge to put what we couldn't eat away for later. Loved that they had effective fans in the living areas inc Cobana. Very well thought out Villa. Cons: booking.com indicated it was nearer Lipah beach but that ended up being better for us because we loved the local eateries, especially the one to the right after the bridge sitting upstairs and enjoying the breeze." ~Fiona

"Pros: The Balinese food in the inhouse restaurant was execellent, delicious and fresh. The beach below had very good snorkelling and it was not crowded. The staff were attentive and the service was very good. The room was comfortable and the view was stunning. We enjoyed a lot of evenings in, sundowners and snacks by the pool and then dinner upstairs in the restaurant. Cons: The bath towels were in need of an upgrade. Be prepared for quite a lot of stairs, but well worth the climb for this gem. This is not the area for nightlife, but ideal for relaxing, good Balinese food and quieter beaches." ~Diana

"Pros: Incredible Yoga, and massage, lap pool, lovely restaurant and amazing staff. So friendly, happy to help and personal service. Cons: For 80-90 per night, the rooms are tired, especially the bathrooms. All over Bali I was paying half this price for much more modern rooms and bathrooms. The property needs to be updated. Rotten wood everywhere and very old bathroom fixtures." ~Melissa
