"Pros: Nice bungalow with a view of the sea and lovely outdoor area! The host was really nice and accommodating (she brought breakfast up to us!). The rooms are very spacious and have storage space.
Cons: We had quite a few cockroaches in the bathroom. The Indonesian style roof means the bathroom is not sealed so they get in from there. Common in the area though."

"Pros: We stayed for seven nights in February in an ocean view room by the pool. We loved the casual vibe, super helpful staff, and good food at Bali Dream House. The breakfast that we had served in our room was excellent each morning. Lunch and dinner options were all good and of sufficient variety to keep us more than happy for a week (we did usually eat lunch elsewhere in Amed). The staff arranged airport pickup for us and transfer to Pemuteran on departure. The car and driver were excellent. The off-season weather was of course a little hit-and-miss for snorkeling, but there is good coral and plenty of small fish right off the property’s beach. The mosquito net on the bed was in perfect condition (not always the case in our experience in the tropics).
Cons: The bed slats are a little creaky. The toilet is outside in the shower area rather than inside with the sink."

Cons: Honestly I hate to leave a bad review but we showed up after booking on booking.com and paying on the site only to have to show our payed reservation receipt to 4 different people until finally the owner who asked to see the actual charge on my banking statement that it went through and was paid for. I understand there was some miss understanding with not knowing it was on booking.com but even my Indonesia speaking friend said she no longer felt comfortable because it seemed hostile to the point we didn't even ask for the included breakfast in the morning because it didn't feel like we were trusted or wanted there. Aside from that the location was good, price was good, room was decently clean and well maintained. Not sure if this just a tech issue but hopefully if you pay in cash things go smoother."
