"Pros: Very friendly staff. Nice small details like welcome drink and cold towel at check in. Lovely breakfast with good choices. Walking distance to the beach. Really close to many restaurants. Cons: At the time we arrived the pool was under maintenance and not usable. But the hotel took immediate care to fix it and they apologized for the unfortunate circumstances. Very good communication. So they made an unfortunate situation into a great experience for me with their very friendly way to apologize. Top service!" ~Reichlin
