"Pros: The location at two steps of the center of Lovina beach, is excellent and very convenient. Plenty of warungs and other services around (notably very interesting excursions in the region). The hotel is obviously quite old, but in an acceptable status of maintenance, the garden is large and pleasant, although not exceptional. The rooms are very spacious, and the balconies as well. Breakfast is acceptable, although bees in the rainy season are very disturbing. Altogether, in view of the low price and location, an excellent value for money
