"Pros: The place is on the right spot to explore Ubud via motorbike which you can borrow from owner. It is quite far from the air port or the south part of the island but you can use the services of the very helpful neighbor Katut. The accommodation it self is absolutely amazing and the pool is just the right refreshment for the climate. Owner of the place was very helpful and answered any question we had. I would recommend this accommodation any time for Ubud exploration.
Cons: A really minor inconvenience is to find the place as there is no sign on the main road, but just follow the address."

"Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa - we stayed for 12 nights with 2 young kids and the facilities made everything so easy. The staff we met were wonderful, from Mr Gus the property manager, to the housekeeping team as well as the online concierge. Their communication was exceptional - whenever we had questions or requests, it was so easy to just send them a message and get answers or help almost immediately! Location was superb, tucked away from the busy streets but still close enough to everything. One advice I would give to families with young kids is the concrete flooring gets a little slippery, so we had to be extra careful - no running around to avoid falling over! Overall, we could not fault this villa and the team, which made our holiday a truly wonderful experience!"
