"Pros: Convenient location, amazing view, friendly stuff Cons: - floor tiles are severely displaced somewhere, which makes it even dangerous- Im not sure it’s even ok to rent such a property out (see pic) - in the dining area ceiling stucco shavings are constantly falling down to a table, plates and cups (see pic) - toilet is not physically isolated, so every time you have to ask your partner to go outside for a moment" ~Roman
