"Pros: The stay was perfect. Nanda was very accommodating as one of my bags did not arrive and Nanda quickly assisted me with an extra night to wait for the bag.
Cons: Small glitch with the booking system and my first night was spent at a different hotel as there was no space for me at Ananda's. That being said, it was no hassle to me to book anything, the error was communicated and swiftly corrected."
