"Pros: This is a heritage house and not a hotel. You get to sleep in a room furnished with antiques, each piece selected by the owner. So yes, the bathroom could be upgraded, but remember, this is an 1857 building and it was 80% destroyed after the 2006 earthquake. We were just grateful we were able to stay there. The room is air-conditioned and has a private bathroom. Breakfast of any meal or snack is available at the cafe. Free parking is possible on site, although the staff may need to move your car to make way to other vehicles. You can walk to very nice restaurants for dinner. The street is busy and noisy, but the bedrooms are in the back of the building, so very quiet." ~Sujiro
