"Pros: Unfortunately we there during Ramadan, so patrons were low in number. Therefore breakfast was very average and some of the dishes seem to have been left over from last night dinner. Coffee was good. Room was spacious and although we had garden view, the outdoor view was lovely and well kept. The ground is very spacious and ideal family visit when not during Ramadan Cons: There was so confusion with payment. I misunderstood that payment have been settle via Booking.com. However that was not the case. Reception staff mentioned to my brother, but I didn't have a chance to settle it on the first day there as that day was packed with activities. The staff had my room physically double locked such that I was not able to get in even after outstanding payment settled. Three attempts with made with the help of the attending staffs, and 30 minutes later I was able to get it. I was furious because it was late into the night, and I was very tired from the days outing. They could have handle it better as I have another night with over 24 hours to settle this matter." ~Tran
