"Pros: Good property location, low cost, working air conditioning, Netflix and Spotify loaded on TV, and new furniture.
Cons: Worst experience ever.
We stayed in a family room on the ground floor for three nights.
Property was under renovation during most of our stay. The management did not inform us even though we booked our accommodation way in advance.
Woken up by renovation noises on the first two mornings. Scrapping, drilling, and loud knocks.
Also woken up by other loud noises made by other guests leaving the property because we stayed on the ground floor. Can't blame the guests, but it shows a lack of emphathy by management for letting out accommodation on the ground floor.
Adding to the orchestra of morning noises were loud intermittent water noises - water filling and gushing.
Poor plumbing maintenance of the private bathroom, resulting in poor drainage in the shower area and awful odor when water drains in the basin.
There's a rubbish dump round the corner, so we must put up with the stink when walking to nearby areas like A2 Foodcourt, Spa Central Baloi, and Circle K convenience store.
Service staff appeared to be terribly short-handed with most communication done via WhatsApp chat. General poor English proficiency means a lot of guesswork required to decipher staff's response."
