"Pros: Great staff, location, hospitality. Staff and service were great and friendly. We informed them of some issues during our stay and they reacted professionally and promptly. Cons: Maintenance was a bit poor, the first room we stayed at had a beeping aircon. They moved us to another room which was ok but the ceiling needed a fresh coat of paint. The pool was dirty with dead bugs, they put pool towels on a rusty rack. During breakfast the server informed us they were out of eggs due to busy dinner service." ~Abigail
