"Pros: Above all, the owner is incredible! She did everything she could to help and please me. Once I told her I was going to the Kaolin lake (just outside the city), then few minutes later she put me in her car and took me there. Because I couldn’t find any vegetarian restaurant, she also took me to one. And even more: made and appointment for me in a dental clinic and drove me there. She also knows everything about the attractions and gave me valuable tips. All my gratitude to her. I was alone in a spacious dormitory, with two toilets and showers attached, what was very comfortable Cons: The only downside was that the toilets didn’t have any sink, but I can’t complain after being helped so much by the owner" ~Helton

"Pros: Great staff, location, hospitality. Staff and service were great and friendly. We informed them of some issues during our stay and they reacted professionally and promptly. Cons: Maintenance was a bit poor, the first room we stayed at had a beeping aircon. They moved us to another room which was ok but the ceiling needed a fresh coat of paint. The pool was dirty with dead bugs, they put pool towels on a rusty rack. During breakfast the server informed us they were out of eggs due to busy dinner service." ~Abigail
