"Pros: It is very new and clean with comfortable beds and lot's of space inside the rooms. The host was very accommodating and communicative with us and the location is secure with gating and right in front of 2 fantastic surf breaks. There was fresh drinking water in the room which was a real bonus. Cons: A pool would be nice ;) But the ocean is only 200 feet away so not necessary." ~Overwater
