"Pros: We loved the remote location and the villa setting was remarkable - in a jungle with the sounds off the river audible from the valley floor, birds, frogs, geckos. Host Dewa was very attentive and responsive to our needs. Beautiful meals served in outdoor pergola setting. Arranged for us to have massages at villa. Cons: The 60 steps down to the villa did require a level of fitness and the layout of villa, questhouse and pool was slightly disjointed i.e. the pool was in front of the guesthouse (which we didn't need or use) that sits up above the villa. Pool not private from staff, so togs needed." ~Ruth
