"Pros: The whole place is beautiful, looking over the mountains, the lake and surrounded by trees, plants. The staff was super nice and helpful. They helped us with car rental booking and the drivers were also very nice and helpful. We had a very pleasant experience staying there. There're a few nicer hotels nearby but we're glad we booked and stayed here.
Cons: There was no hot water in my room. We had to shower in our friends' room next door."
