"Pros: It’s a great location. In a quiet place but near to everything. The room is well appointed as very clean with a tea/ coffee station and filtered water. The hosts are so friendly & helpful, they made us feel right at home. Also, they organised a boat trip across the lake to The Devi Danu temple & the cemetery, returning at sunset we had the most spectacular views." ~Kayla

"Pros: Kids loved executive tent. Hot spring was good. Kids enjoyed swimming. Good photo spot. Surprised with given veg breakfast and dinner. Cons: No ambient light in the tents After dark no security available. We woke up.around 4 am for sunrise tour in my batur, but found entire hotel was pitch dark, zero light and no securities around. Felt very unsafe with the family at 4 am in the morning Rest rooms are not clean All swimming pool closed at 7 pm and restaurant at 8 pm. Could have been extended till 10 pm." ~Rajivalochanan
