"Pros: Cottages set in a large, meticulously maintained garden with a direct view of Tonohon‘s vulcano, Gunung Lokon. Centrally located to explore the Minahasa highlands. Lavish breakfast with lots of seasonal fruit and freshly squeezed juices. For dinnner we had lpcal food adapted to Western Palastes (Minahasans like their food real spicy!). The friendly and weil-trained staff looked after us very well Cons: Bring ear-plugs - the army people and churches nearby love to use their PA-systems early in the morning.
