"Pros: I think the staff at the Sentra are really outstanding! We had some things that needed attention and they were on it right away. The front desk was exceptionally helpful. They arranged a number of things for us. Another thing to think about and praise is the food service. Their free breakfast buffet is truly amazing. Because we visit Manado and the surrounding area about every two years to visit her large family, we have ended up staying in quite a few of the area hotels. the Sentra's food is the best of all. And that is saying something. One thing we often order is the Manado porridge, called Bubor Manado among other titles. The Sentra's is the best! Over the course of our month-long trip, we stayed at the Sentra 3 times. We mad friends with the manager, the chef and cook and sevaral waiters. They treated us like royalty honestly. Due to the close proximity to the airport and some of my wife's family, and the excellent excellent service, we now know where we will probably stay on future visits. One other thing; the Sentra is actually connected to one for the area hospitals if you need medical care quickly. I highly recommend this property. Cons: Staying on one of the upper floors can be quite noisy of an event is happening on the 6th floor (Ballroom). Ask for a room on a lower floor." ~Howard

"Pros: Beautiful and clean villa in nature. Nice swimming pool area. Staff was very helpful. Cons: Villas are located very close to public area so not much privacy. Villa is popular for local parties, so it is very loud especially weekends. Villas are up to 6 persons, but only one room with walls. Other rooms are open without mosquito nets." ~Mikko
