"Cons: I booked this property, because it was close to the hospital where my girlfriend was admitted. I had let them know about the situation with no contact back. The day I was checking in I was told the room wasn't available and they moved me to a property double the distance away from the hospital that was supposed to be "better". I accepted as I had no choice but to pay in advance. I dropped off our stuff and went back to the hospital, when I came back late I went straight to sleep. I was awoken at 7.15am with breakfast at the door without prior arrangement. When I brought my girlfriend back from the hospital we noticed that the aircon was very inefficient, the water didn't work properly, the internet was terrible and by the time evening came there were hundreds of mosquitoes in the room. The staff couldn't offer any solution to any of the problems, even the other room they offered had exactly the same issues. The staff called the owner and they moved us back to the original property that we had booked. Why were we moved in the first place? The only reason I booked was because it was close to the hospital and they completely disregarded our situation. The other property was slightly better but not good enough, The whole experience nearly put my girlfriend back in hospital. I was suspicious about booking somewhere with no reviews, and was completely let down." ~Samuel
