"Pros: Bright and vibrant atmosphere. Good breakfast and very friendly staff. Cons: During my previous stay in Nov 2024, When requested for extra blanket because we were cold as the Aircon in the room can't be completely turned off (when it was set to off, still oozing cold air out of the central Aircon duct), they want to charge us for extra blanket. During my recent stay in March 2025, when requested for a face towel, they said it was not included in my Deluxe room and wanted me to pay for it. Only upon insistent, they provided it to me. Over the years, I have stayed with Santika at least 5 or 6 times. Recently, it is not very service orientated, for little things that make our stay more comfortable, they want us to pay for it. This is starting to become ridiculous. If it continues this way, I would consider changing my stay in future." ~Wan
