"Pros: Nothing. I got scammed by the receptionist because despite of my family and I checked in on the day of the booking (and we’re done making full payments), they put us as a no-show guests and my credit card was charged for the no-show fees (which was the full payments of the stays). The receptionists were very irresponsible when were asked about the issues. Cons: The hotel is dirty as it has A LOT of cockroaches and they put a lot of moth balls at every corner of the room and bath room. The non-smoking rooms that we requested were also not there so we had to bear the smell of cigarettes smokes throughout our stays. Definitely not going to recommend this place to anyone." ~Syaida
