"Pros: Very fast check in and check out process. It is quiet, suitable for resting. Public facilities are well maintained. Swimming pool is wonderful, my son had so much fun on the pool. Securities are kind and friendly. Pricing is competitive and very reasonable. Internet is fast. There is sky garden located in 16 floors which is awesome for views. A good place to enjoy a cup of tea / coffee. Cons: I hope there is some amenities like facial tissue, toilet tissue provided. The TV remote is broken, only channel up button is working, most button is not working. I hope there is instruction for turning on the electricity as I was confused why everything is dark and you have to turn on the switch inside the electricity panels located next to the door. The floor is a bit dusty. Luckily there is broom provided but we have to clean it ourselves. It just looks like nobody staying at that unit for certain period of time" ~Willy
