Cons: The staff are RUDE and they tell us to PAY MORE then price we agreed in the booking with UNREASONABLE excuse or reason. The place is NOT user friendly for elders or people with dissablities. The rooms are not sound proof since we can hear the neighbour's baby cries in the middle of the night and the baby cries goes on for few hours. Me and my group are really not happy during the stay. rude receptionist during the check in and baby cries late night."
